Shipping policy

(DELIVERY OPTIONS)

S$10 flat delivery fee for all orders from local Singapore residence and S$20 for overseas residence 

1. Domestic delivery / Next Working Day Delivery 

Delivery Time:

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday to Saturday) 

2. Self Collect during Opening Hours (only Singapore residents)

 *Please give us a email at admin@pbsatelier.com to let us know you're dropping by.

• Tuesday or Friday : 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

3. Overseas delivery / 7-12days (Resistered mail arrangement by Singpost) 

*Custome duties is based on total amount included delivery fee and customer will be responsible for handling any duties and taxes incurred, and will need to work with customs to settle any amounts owed.

シンガポール国内配送は1回のオーダーにつきS$10が加算されます(配送専門会社への委託手配となります)

国内居住者のみ教室会場での受け渡しを行なっています。その場合はオンラインショップでなくメールにて希望アイテムのオーダーをお願いします。(admin@pbsatelier.com)

シンガポール以外の海外配送は追跡サービス付きで1回のオーダーにつきS$20が加算されます(Singpostによる配送となります)

1. 国内配送 / 翌日配送

配送時間: 時間指定は不可

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pmの間 (月曜日ー土曜日) 

2. 教室会場での受け渡し

• 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (火曜日または金曜日) 

3. 海外配送 / オーダーを受けてから約7-12日後の到着。配送会社シングポストの追跡サービス付き配送となります。

※海外発送の場合は商品代金と海外配送料の合計額でその国の関税率が加算される場合は受取人側による関税支払いが必要となります。
